From Cre8ive Design
to Renovive
The business began its journey as Cre8ive Design Consult in 2020. With the founders' extensive experience in the design and construction of residential and commercial projects, it quickly established itself as a design consultancy within the hospitality sector.
As demand grew, the company expanded its services to manage fit-outs for clients. In our experience, we recognised a significant weakness in the sector: a breakdown or lack of communication between design and build teams, often leading to misalignment and project issues.
To address this challenge, Renovive integrates the design and construction processes, ensuring a seamless flow of information throughout each project. By 2023, the business welcomed a new partner with additional architectural and project management expertise — leading to the rebranding from Cre8ive Design to Renovive.
Today, Renovive specialises in design and fit-out services, offering clients a seamless experience from concept to completion. Built on a foundation of expertise, strong client relationships, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Tufail Ahmed MCIOB
BSc (Hons) Architectural Design & Technology, University of Salford. Chartered Construction Manager (CIOB). Over a decade of expertise in commercial and residential design and build.
Tufail has held senior technical and design management roles at some of the UK's largest PLC construction companies and housebuilders. He has also played a key part in several construction start-ups, helping scale businesses from the ground up to turnovers exceeding £75m. It was this combination of high-level corporate experience and hands-on construction expertise that led him to launch his own venture — putting everything he has learned into practice, on his own terms.
Mamoon Khan
BSc (Hons) Architecture & Environmental Design, University of Sheffield. Former project designer at NG Architects, and design & technical manager for Mulberry Homes, Watson Homes, and Vistry PLC.
With a creative flair and keen attention to detail, Mamoon oversees the business's design operations — ensuring each project is delivered to the highest quality standards from conception to completion.
